Do you yearn to teach the world to sing, in perfect harmony? Well then grab a Coke and a smile at the World of Coca-Cola in Atlanta, Georgia! Opened in May of 2007 and visited by over a million people every year, this twenty acre mega-complex of everything Coke is filled with tons of history, exciting new products, and lots of fun. So take a seat and get ready to explore this “more than just a museum” extravaganza of Coca-Cola memorabilia, interactive exhibits, and multimedia wonders.

At the heart of the grounds lies 60,000 square feet of entertainment. With over 400 products offered around the world, it’s hard to believe Coca-Cola all started as a cure all tonic in John Pemberton’s little pharmacy back in 1865. Here at the World of Coca-Cola, the “Taste It” exhibit allows you to sample over 60 of these distinctive beverages learning what sorts of flavors appeal to people all over the globe. There are also over 1,200 unique Coke related artifacts that have never been displayed to the public before now. They even have special VIP guided tours (they take about 90 minutes) to guarantee you get the most out of your visit. Not to be missed are the “Coca-Cola Loft” with amazing advertising pieces, some of which date back over 100 years. There is also the “Bottle Works” which allows you to see their fully functioning bottling system that will deliver your take home 8 oz bottle of Coke to you in the “Taste It” exhibit. A thrilling “4-D” theater experience puts you in the action showing “In Search of the Secret Formula”, a movie with tons of special effects that make you feel part of the show. A second show, “Inside the Happiness Factory” is a funny little fake documentary of how they put happiness into every Coca-Cola product shown in the “Happiness Factory Theatre”.

Truly one of the most interesting journeys you will ever take, the World of Coca-Cola is a fascinating interactive adventure for the whole family. Open every day except Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, it is easily accessible to all offering Braille guide maps, multilingual guides, and easy maneuverability around all exhibits. Come to a world where thirst knows no season, live on the Coke side of life and enjoy this captivating exploration of the World of Coca-Cola.
