Only the freshest seasonal ingredients pass through the De Vito doors lending themselves to a bold and unique culinary experience. Start your adventure with the Original Old School Meatball oozing with whipped ricotta and a sweet but tangy tomato sauce. Or if the sea air has put you in the mood for something off land, try the Sicilian Crab Cake that’s paired up with an enchanting chili vinaigrette that makes the flavors just pop. The Lobster Bisque is loaded with huge chunks of Maine lobster and is an absolute must if you’ve stepped out of the colder climes into the South Beach winter (prepare for temperatures close to a chilly 70°).
The bevy of steaks available will just about knock your socks off. Seek out the 28 Ounce Bone in Rib Eye for Two. Juicy and always perfectly marbled, it will melt in your mouth. Match it up with their unbelievable Creamy Risotto and their Sautéed Spinach (with perfect hints of garlic and spice) and you are guaranteed a party in your mouth. De Vito also features an extensive Italian wine list that is sure to balance out your gastronomic journey.
Desserts vary with the season, but if you spot it, their Tiramisu is simply to die for. Each ingredient is so incredibly balanced you will swear that they were made only to pair with each other.
